Refund Policy
When we refund a payment, how to ask for one, and what happens to your nodes when you cancel.
7 days, money back
There is no free trial, because a physical node is hardware we own and run whether it is busy or idle. What you get instead is the whole product on your own workload, with your money still returnable: ask within 7 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. You do not have to give a reason.
How to ask
Write to support@crawlnode.com from the email address on your account, or use the support form and choose the billing category. Say that you would like the refund; that is all we need. The money goes back to the card or method you paid with, and how long it takes to appear is up to your bank.
While the window is open, your billing page shows the date it closes.
What a refund ends
A refund closes the subscription it was paid for. Your nodes are released and the API key on them stops working, so move anything that depends on the key first.
After the first 7 days
You can cancel whenever you like, from your billing page or by writing to us. Nothing further is charged, and your nodes stay yours until the end of the period you have already paid for.
You can also remove nodes without cancelling. The limits on your key move with the count, and the change is reflected in what you are billed next.
If something went wrong on our side
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged for something you did not order, tell us and we will put it right, whenever it happened.
Usage beyond your allowances
Extra usage is billed at the rates on the pricing page, and we email you before anything over an allowance is invoiced. If you think a usage figure is wrong, your usage page shows what was counted on each key; write to us and we will check it against our records.
